As Verigo Digital Engineering Inc. (the "Company"), and in our capacity as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we wish to inform you of the following regarding the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK:

  • Article 5/2(e) of KVKK — establishment, exercise or protection of a right
  • Article 5/2(f) of KVKK — legitimate interests of the data controller
  • Article 5/1 of KVKK — your explicit consent

Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information regarding such processing
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used appropriately for that purpose
  • Know the third parties (domestic or abroad) to whom your personal data has been transferred
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK
  • Request notification of correction, deletion and destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
  • Object to decisions made solely by automated systems that produce adverse outcomes for you
  • Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

To exercise the rights above, you may apply via:

  • Email: send an email confirming your identity to info@verigo.com.tr
  • Written application: send a wet-signed petition with a copy of your ID to the address in Ankara, Turkey

Your application will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge — depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires a separate cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
